Led by Chairman Keith Huyton (seen with his two faithful companions), our management team bring a wealth of expertise in strategic management, company finance, human resource, health and safety, environmental management and specialist educational techniques. All this ensures excellent governance in our quest to deliver best practice services. Keith Huyton
Keith joined the board in 1999 since which time he has overseen many changes. Believing passionately in our aim and objectives he has diligently led us to the stable operational platform that we enjoy today. Prior to taking retirement Keith worked as an Environmental Impact Manager for HBOSplc.
John Mooney
Formerly working for Interface Carpets plc as a Health and Safety Manager, John now leads the environmental packaging compliance organisation - Pennine Pack. Our company secretary, John is also a trustee of the Next Step Trust.
Rodney Barnett
Until his retirement Rodney worked in Human Resource management. With this background he brings a wealth of 'people' knowledge to the team.
Graham Wiles
Lead officer of the Calderdale and Kirklees Green Business Network, Graham has won national and international awards for his work. Graham has been a member of the committee since 1996.
